The Single Flute gundrill is a high performance drilling tool that’s available in diameters from 0.5mm to ~ 80 mm. Gundrills allow precision hole making up to 100 x’s dia. and greater. Carbide grades and coatings help our customers optimize chip formation and removal during the hole making process.

High pressure coolant is delivered through the center of the gundrill. The coolant provides lubrication and aids in chip removal.

Gundrills can be used on a variety of machining and turning centers equipped with sufficient coolant and filtration systems.

Botek manufactures gundrills in diameter ranges from 0.6 mm to 0.80 mm. Gundrills with indexable inserts and guide pads are available in diameter ranges of 0.15mm to 0.80 mm.
